To help the Prom Committee stay on track and ensure that finances run smoothly, Prom Planner contains a module dedicated to revenues and expenses, called Profit-Loss Calculator. Keeping a running total of the profitability of a Prom, Profit-Loss Calculator also allows for budgeting scenarios, where the Prom Committee can allocate different budget amounts per scenario in order to see how different vendor situations would play out.
